Here in this article, I will tell you everything you need to know about the CF affiliate program, but before I continue I’d also like to share another program that you may want to check out.

ClickFunnels Affiliate Program – What You Need To Know
When I first joined the Clickfunnels™ affiliate program I built up a recurring monthly income of $354 within about six weeks. However, I did not put much time into promoting this product at first mainly because I had several other projects on the go that all needed attention.
If I had put more time in from the beginning, then I certainly would have built a higher recurring income with this program more quickly.
So, even with just a little work, I started to make money quickly by promoting this funnel software. This is always a good sign and clearly shows that this product is in high demand.

How To Promote ClickFunnels As An Affiliate
There are many ways you can promote this affiliate program to earn yourself a recurring passive income. However, some are much easier than others.
Here are some of the most popular ways to promote the program:
- YouTube
- Paid ads
- Blogging
- Social media networking
While these are all great ways to promote the program, in my opinion, YouTube has become very saturated for this particular product.
Yes, it can still work but you’re gonna have to do a lot more work than those who started on YouTube promoting this product a few years ago.
Paid ads are great if you know how to use them and you have a decent ad budget behind you.
If you are a newbie to online marketing then I would strongly advise NOT starting with this method.
It takes time and practice to get it right and if you don’t know what you’re doing you’ll likely blow through your ad budget quickly and have very little to show for it.
I personally think blogging is an excellent way to promote this product. While there are people blogging about using this tool, the competition is considerably less compared to YouTube, paid ads, and social media networking.
It’s quick and easy to set up a blog on WordPress and there are loads of great plugins you can use to help you improve your rankings and help with your conversion rate.

Social media networking is also a great way to go. It’s free to get started and you can build up a following quickly. However, you need to be active every single day with your audience, constantly be working to make connections with new people, and sell to them in a way that doesn’t come across like you’re just trying to sell to them.
While this is a great way to get started, it’s not very passive as it requires constant effort.

ClickFunnels Affiliate Commission Structure
When you promote the funnel software, you will initially get a 40% commission when a person signs up. In addition, you will also earn a recurring 40% commission from each of the people who signed up through your link for as long as they remain a customer.
So, if a customer signs up for the basic plan at $97 per month, you will earn $38.80 when they sign up and $38.80 every single month thereafter.
If they sign up for the Etison Suite package at $297 then you will earn $118.20 at sign up and then $118.20 every single month they remain a customer. This is a pretty good commission structure in my opinion and makes this affiliate program a very attractive one!
In this article, I’m going to give you some in-depth insights into why this is one of my favorite affiliate products to promote along with a few other things you should know before you get started.
I will also explain how you can boost your affiliate income by also promoting other products by Russell Brunson.
All these products will be available for you to promote via your affiliate dashboard once you sign up as an affiliate.
Products such as the Expert Secrets book, DotCom Secrets, the Dream Car Contest, Funnel Scripts, Funnel Builder Secrets, the One Funnel Away Challenge, and the long-awaited Expert Secrets book by Russell Brunson can bring great commissions.
Once you have the right people clicking on your affiliate links it’s not too hard to make sales as Russell and his team do such a great job in making their funnels and landing pages convert.

It Is a Great Business Tool For Lead Generation
Clickfunnels™ is applicable to any business that needs to generate leads or increase sales. Once a business or entrepreneur starts using it, it will become a central part of their day-to-day business activities.
For the most part, most people will continue using the software for the long term as it quickly becomes a central part of their business.
Some people will inevitably cancel their subscription, of course. However, most people will continue using it for the long term. Therefore, it is a solid product to promote that pays monthly recurring commissions.

The company has been around for a few years now. It first launched in 2014 and almost 5 years later they are one of the leaders in sales funnel software.

Opportunity to Promote Different Products
When you sign up as an affiliate, you will not only promote the Clickfunnels™ software, but also all of the other products by Russell Brunson.
Some of the products you can promote include:

- Funnel Hackers Cookbook

Two of the most popular products, that you may have come across, are the DotCom Secrets book and the Experts Secrets book.
The great thing about these books is that they are free, you just pay for shipping.
Personally, the Dotcom Secrets and Expert Secrets books were two of the first products I bought by Russell Brunson. If you haven’t read them then I highly recommend getting a copy if you are serious about building a solid business online.
You may be thinking, if these books are free for someone to get a copy of, then why are they good products for an affiliate to promote? Take a look at the example I give below for promoting the Expert Secrets book.
Expert Secrets Book
If someone buys the Expert Secrets book through your link, you will earn $1 on the front end. Isn’t that wonderful! Un, no, not really, you’re probably saying.
Well, the good news is that once a person has ordered Expert Secrets through your link they will start to move through Russell’s Expert Secrets funnel.
If you know anything about Russell Brunson then you will know that he is an absolute master at selling. He will then begin to offer upsells, which you will earn a commission on.
So, you can actually earn up to $927 through the upsells for promoting the Expert Secrets book.
If a person who signs up under your link buys a popular product like The Black Box, you will get a commission of $14.80. However, if they buy Expert Evolution, you will earn $78.70 in backend upsells.
If they buy Funnel Builder Secrets you will get $798.80. Therefore, this is like a lead-in product and then you will make a commission on any of the upsells the person buys.
Other products you can promote
Funnel Scripts
This is another great product that you can promote. It is a software that creates for you all your sales copy, all your headings, as well as all your content.
It also creates your email newsletters, ad headlines, just to mention, but a few.
Anyone who wants to use this product will be required to pay $497 every year.
In addition, if you sign up a person, you will receive 40% off $497, which is $198. Not only will you get a decent commission, but you will also be promoting software that is very useful to all kinds of businesses and entrepreneurs.
One Funnel Away Challenge
You may or may not have heard about the one funnel away challenge, but I’m doing it at the moment (at the time of writing this).
It is like a training program on how to build sales funnels and launch a product fo your own.
You can also do the One Funnel Away Challenge to build a successful funnel to promote affiliate products.
It is a 30-day challenge of at least 2 hours each day. You will then be given missions on a daily basis to complete for a duration of 30 days.
It costs $100 to sign up for the OFA Challenge. However, the company does not make any money from the $100 as this goes to the affiliate. Currently, if you sign someone up for the challenge, you will get $100. That is set to change in May 2019.

Sticky Cookies
The great thing about being a Clickfunnels™ affiliate is that all the products have something known as a Sticky Cookie.
This means that when someone purchases anything through your link, you will earn the initial commission for that product.
If after three, four or five months later they decide to buy another product like the Evolution Expert System, Funnel Builder Secrets, or Funnel Scripts then you will still get a commission on those sales as well.
In other words, the sticky cookie allows the system to remember that a customer signed up originally via your link.
That means that you will always get a commission anytime a customer who signed up through you chooses to buy something else.
Great Affiliate Tools and Resources
As with any other good affiliate program, they also have lots of tools and resources for you to help you promote.
For instance, you will have access to banners, and the email swipe copy, just to mention, but a few. The email swipe copy is particularly very good if you have an email list.
The Clickfunnels™ Affiliate Center has all the resources and all the different ways that you can promote their product.
You will have access to many great tools, which will help to maximize your chances of being successful with the program.
Multiple Landing Pages
14-day Free Trial Landing Page
Another way you can promote this software tool is to send people to the 14-day free trial landing page. If you are not familiar with the product, then you need to use it yourself, at least for a while so you know how it works and exactly what it can do.
You do not have to pay for an account for yourself for the company to approve you into their affiliate program. However, if you don’t really know how it works then you’re gonna have a tough time making many sales.
In addition, if you are thinking about promoting it, you can look at it first and make sure you feel comfortable promoting it. I’m sure you will enjoy promoting it because it is a very solid product.
So, they offer a 14-day free trial, which allows potential customers to use it and see if it is really for them or not. I have been promoting this landing page and it seems to be working pretty well.
Network Marketing Landing Page
There are several different landing pages to choose from. One great angle is targeting people who promote network marketing products. These folks are constantly looking for ways to generate new leads, which is one of the things ClickFunnels™ does best.
This funnel building tool is applicable to any business that needs to generate more sales or generate more leads, which is every business. So, it is a benefit to every business and every type of entrepreneur.
Other Categories
Clickfunnels also has other categories of landing pages, such as agency and freelancer landing pages. You can also target a person selling e-commerce products, too.
Landing pages are great, particularly if you want to focus your marketing on a particular type of category of a person.
What commission do Clickfunnels™ offer?
As I previously mentioned, as long as the people you sign up continue using the software, you are going to receive 40% on most front end sales of various products. The Clickfunnels™ software is 40% front end + 40% monthly recurring.
UPDATE: As of September 2019, only previously subscribed affiliates will still receive the 40% commission rate. All affiliate signing up after this date will receive 30%. Even so, this product is still highly worth it to promote.
Do I need to buy Clickfunnels™ to promote it?
If you have never done affiliate marketing before or you’re not that experienced and you are not sure if you will be effective in promoting it, don’t worry. It is free to sign up and to be an affiliate.
It is important to note that you DO NOT have to use the Clickfunnels™ software yourself to promote it as an affiliate. However, personally, I would always recommend promoting products that you actually use so you will be more authentic when promoting them.
If you are not able to afford to use the product yourself as an affiliate, that’s no problem. As I mentioned above, you don’t have to use the software yourself to promote it. Just learn all you can about it so you can promote it more effectively.
In the future, you can consider using it yourself once you have built up a recurring income to pay for it.
This is a contrast to many of the Clickfunnels competitors such as LeadPages, which require you to pay for the products if you want to promote them. With LeadPages, you also need to pay for their top-level account if you want to be an affiliate for them.
Dream Car Contest
Clickfunnels™ has another incentive or benefit for their affiliates, which is their Dream Car Contest. Once you sign up 100 customers, you will be eligible for the dream car.
This means that the company will pay the lease for your dream car up to the value of $500 per month. You can choose whichever car you want and the first $500 every single month will be covered by the company.
If the monthly lease on your dream car is less than $500 then you’ve just earned yourself a free car!
If you think that’s good, it gets better…
Once you sign up 200 Clickfunnels™ customers, they will then pay $1,000 per month on the lease of your dream car.
The $500 and $1,000 are on top of all the commissions and your monthly recurring revenue from your customers. There are now quite a few people that have won the dream car contest.

Affiliate Bootcamp
If you are not that experienced in affiliate marketing, the company also has its affiliate Bootcamp training all set up for you absolutely free.
The training is valued at $997. It is a hundred-day training program that mostly focuses on using paid ads to promote their products. During the training, they also encourage you to use the Clickfunnels™ software yourself and then run paid ads to your funnels.
Personally, I don’t think this is the best way to promote this software if you are new to affiliate marketing.
Even though they provide the training for free, you will need to be mindful that you will need to sign up for at least the standard plan at $97 per month, so you can build your funnels and then also pay for ads. So, quickly this can become expensive.

The aim of the Clickfunnels™ Bootcamp training is to teach you affiliate marketing so that you can be able to promote their products. So, do not worry if you are not an experienced affiliate marketer.
If you are an experienced affiliate marketer, you probably have a few methods of promoting, but it is advisable to just have a look to see if the training has some tricks and strategies that you can add to your skillset.
If you’re new to affiliate marketing then personally, I would advise starting with the CF Affiliate Domination course that I am giving free access to as this will enable you to get started promoting the products with the most minimal investment.
